Access

At FWS, we seek to achieve a student body that reflects the incredible diversity of the Los Angeles area. Children of all backgrounds are considered for admission. Last year, 28 percent of our students received financial aid, with rewards ranging up to 57 percent of the cost of tuition. As a school, we count on the strength of our fundraising efforts to keep a Friends education accessible to all children. 

Ways to Give

Cash Gifts
We welcome cash gifts by check, money order, or credit card. Checks should be payable to Friends Western School and sent directly to the school.

Appreciated Securities
​A git of stock or securities can offer greater tax savings than a cash gift. Please contact the school for details.

Donation Item to Sell
​A gift of art or a tangible item that the school can sell on its website is another great way to give to FWS.

NOTE: FWS is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Annual Fund

FWS asks members of the school to support the Annual Fund, which plays a critical role in helping bridge the gap between tuition and total operating expenses. Our goal is 100 percent participation, and we ask that each family contributes at a level that is personally meaningful for them.
